Mahima Resort, Uttarkashi

Mahima Resort is a beautifully located Resort 07 km ahead of Uttar-kashi on Gangortri highway with peaceful and beautiful surroundings with river view. Located on a plot of about 6000 Sq. mtr. It has ample and secured parking space, large open sit-out areas and landscaped lawns. It is best for the people who want to get away from the maddening crowds of the cities and spend quality time discovering life itself.

Accommodation

There are 03 double tents. The tents have a permanent base and are furnished with twin beds, two cane chairs and a writing table. Since there is no electricity, lanterns are provided for the late evenings.
Also available 02 permanent Rooms with attached toilets. The flooring is wooden and have french windows. Both rooms lead to a balcony overlooking the camp. Since there is no electricity, lanterns are provided for the late evenings and hot water is provided in buckets.

Dining :

In order to make you feel at home & at the same time offer you high class cuisine's, our kitchen staff is well trained in their respective area. We serve Buffet meals. There is a wide range of vegetarian cuisine's you can choose from - Indian/ Chinese/ Continental. Non-veg is not allowed in Uttarkashi area due to the Holy shrine of Gangotri.

Food & Hygiene

There is a common dining area where all meals / tea / snacks are served. It is our priority to maintain high levels of hygiene. The food is mainly cooked from grains and vegetables grown at camp or in nearby villages. The main menu has some Garhwali delicacies. The water in the dining area is filtered.

Toilets

The washroom and toilets are not attached to the tents. They are a permanent construction furnished with flush toilets. There are showers in the bath and hot water is provided in buckets.
